Relevator’s Duro boxes are fully compatible with Vertical Lift Modules. The bins are designed to maximize the fill rate of entire tray levels, trays, and pallets. Their dimensions work perfectly on tray levels from all major Manufacturers, such as Kardex, Weland, Constructor, Hänel, and SSI Schäfer.

Unlike a Vertical Lift Module, a Vertical Carousel is designed so that the shelves move along a chain or conveyor belt; the shelves circulate within the machine’s shaft and are then presented at the opening.

They certainly can. Be sure to check that the depth of the boxes matches the depth of the trays in your new Vertical Storage System. In the long run, it’s usually worth investing in custom shelving if your old boxes don’t fit well, as this will improve both space utilization and fit.
A standard-sized Vertical Storage System can hold anywhere from 200 to 1,000 boxes. The boxes can then be equipped with compartments or dividers, allowing for up to thousands of unique storage locations.

The Duro box is made of transparent Swedish hard plastic, making it durable and washable. The transparent material also makes it easier to see the contents on the Tray.
The standard dimensions of the box are (LxWxH) 800 mm x 285 mm x 100 mm, which means that a single Tray can typically hold 6–10 boxes. The Duro box can be easily and flexibly divided into 1 to 16 compartments—with 16 compartments, the minimum dimensions are 100 mm x 140 mm x 100 mm.
