Used order pickers

The main difference is how high up in the racks the goods need to be picked. A low-lift order picker is used to pick goods near floor level. A high-lift order picker has a height-adjustable operator platform that allows the operator to reach goods higher up in the racks. The type of order picker that works best depends primarily on where the goods are located in the warehouse.

The picking height must be sufficient to reach the highest shelf from which goods are to be picked. Keep in mind that platform height and picking height are different measurements. Platform height indicates how high the platform is raised, while picking height indicates how high the operator is expected to be able to reach.

It depends on the model. The forklift's capacity is indicated on the capacity plate, which shows the maximum load it can carry. On some models, the capacity is also affected by the lift height and how the load is positioned.

Operating time depends on the battery’s condition, size, and how much the forklift is used. Heavy loads, frequent lifts, and long travel distances consume more energy. When purchasing a used forklift, the battery’s condition is an important factor to consider.
