These are 3 really well-equipped Weland Compact Lift from 2011 - filled with about 60 shelves, automatic goods height detachment and laser pointer. The lifts are sparsely used with a maximum of 50,000 cycles on the most utilized - corresponding to about 2-3 years of normal use.
With 60 trays per vertical lift, a full 150 m² of storage is offered on only 10.5 m² of floor space per machine. Each tray can be loaded with 300 kg, which at maximum utilization means a total load of 18 tons per lift.
The laser pointer that the vertical storage lifts come with means that when integrated with ERP/WMS, the lifts can identify the correct picking location and shine a laser pointer on the goods/location.
The Vertical Lift Modules are available with about 4-6 weeks delivery time.
Shipping and installation is not included.
