Overview
We now offer a flexible, reliable, and affordable packing line based on three interconnected Belt conveyors.
The belt conveyors have a width of 800 mm and are equipped with motors capable of handling packages weighing up to 50 kg.
The total maximum load per belt conveyor is 150 kg.
Packing lines are ideal, for example, for transporting packages or goods from manual packing tables to the loading area, or as part of a simple assembly line in manual production.
The total length of the packing line is approx. 17 meters, divided among the following three Modulas:
– 2 belt conveyors, each 7,950 mm long
– 1 belt conveyor, 1,080 mm in length.
The packing lines are equipped with three emergency stop buttons and a simple control panel where the speed of the conveyor belts can be adjusted using a single control.
The short belt conveyor is equipped with a gas spring that allows it to function as a stop mechanism; in other words, if the belt is raised, the other belt conveyors stop.

In such cases, the installation will be scheduled according to your preferences and the availability of installation resources.
Terms and warranties vary slightly depending on the product. Most importantly, however, unless otherwise specified, all products come with a performance guarantee. This guarantee means, first and foremost, that we only sell products that work; if a product does not work, we will fix it.
