Streamline your pallet flow with a fully automatic stretch-wrap machine from Signode Haloila. This unit is fully equipped with both a corner post applicator (CPD) and a top sheet applicator for complete protection during transport and against the elements.

The Signode Octopus 1825B is an excellent choice for businesses that demand high operational reliability and fast cargo handling. Thanks to its ring technology, the pallet remains completely stationary throughout the wrapping process. This eliminates centrifugal forces, allowing you to safely wrap even light or unstable pallets without the risk of the goods falling off. The integrated corner post applicator automatically reinforces the pallet’s corners for increased stacking strength, while the top sheet applicator applies a protective plastic sheet on top to keep moisture and dirt out.

The machine features a motor-driven pre-stretch system (Easy S) that stretches the film evenly and efficiently by up to 300%. Combined with the No Touch–No Tail sealing unit, which cuts and seals the film without leaving loose ends or touching the product, you can reduce film consumption by up to 30% compared to simpler machines. The entire system is easily controlled via a clear touchscreen from Allen-Bradley.
