Relevator supplies a used Vertical Lift Module that streamlines warehouse operations at Frekab

FREKAB specializes in the production of custom cable assemblies and has been supplying products to customers in sectors such as industry, telecommunications, and automotive since 1998.
In the spring of 2022, it became clear that the inventory flow to production needed to be reviewed, as there was a lot of inefficient back-and-forth between the component warehouse and production.
The parts warehouse was located on a mezzanine level accessible by stairs.

To improve workflow, the company decided to invest in a used Vertical Lift Module, which was placed near the production area.
FREAKB chose a used Weland Compact Lift from 2008, and since Relevator had the machine in stock, the process from order to final installation took just 5 weeks

Vertical Lift Modules that were previously installed in rows often lack their original side panels.
In the photos, you can see Relevator’s aluminum sandwich panels—lightweight, rigid panels with a plastic coating that can be customized in color.
