We now have 2 Kardex Shuttle XP 250 units from 2013 available, all in very good condition. This specific model, Shuttle XP 250 3050X610, is equipped with lower trays, which provide a significant improvement in ergonomics for the picker. The lower trays make it easier to reach and handle products, reducing strain and contributing to a more efficient work environment.

The machines have double openings, making it easy to manage the flow. You can load new products from one side while picking from the other. If desired, one of the openings can be closed.

The Vertical Lift Modules offer the optional position list, which indicates the storage location from which the goods should be picked. This streamlines picking and reduces the risk of incorrect picking. This feature requires integration with ERP/WMS.

The trays have a load capacity of 245 kg per tray, and with a tray width of 3,050 mm, the capacity is sufficiently high for most businesses. Each tray has a storage area of approximately 1.86 m², and with 64 trays, each Vertical Lift Module provides approximately 119.07 m² of storage area on only 7.71 m² of floor space. This means that with 64 trays, you get great value for money.
