We now have two Weland Compact Twin Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) in excellent condition. These reliable VLMs are a secure choice for long-term use. The ”Compact Twin” model is the fastest on the market and can handle two trays simultaneously, which allows for faster exchanges and higher efficiency.
The trays have a width of 2,440 mm and a depth of 820 mm, corresponding to an area of 2 m² per tray. With approximately 70 trays, the machine offers a total storage capacity of 140 m², while the VLM only occupies 8.7 m² of floor space.
The machines are delivered with the option of a foot pedal, enabling smooth and quick confirmation of picking. This improves workflow by allowing the operator to handle the goods without needing to use their hands for confirmation, thus increasing efficiency and reducing unnecessary movements.
Original service and future spare parts can be easily supplied by the Swedish manufacturer Weland Solutions, based in Gislaved.
