We now have three fully equipped Kardex Shuttle XP 500 Vertical Lift Modules from 2010 available.
With the combination of the XP 500 drive system, a height of 6,050 mm, 2,450 mm-wide trays, and a full 55 trays per Vertical Lift Module (VLM) in an AS/RS system, these are the ideal VLM units for warehouses, storage facilities, or factories with slightly lower ceiling heights.

The trays can hold up to 360 kg and 490 kg, respectively, so heavy loads are no problem. Since the Vertical Lift Modules are fully equipped with trays, you also get approx. 116 m² of storage space on just 8.5 m² of floor space.

The Vertical Lift Modules are in excellent condition with no significant dents or damage—a quick wipe-down will make them look almost brand new.

Unlike a Vertical Lift Module, a Vertical Carousel is designed so that the shelves move on a chain or conveyor belt; the shelves circulate within the machine’s shaft and are then presented at the opening.

Our used Vertical Storage Systems typically cost between 175,000 and 450,000 SEK, depending on the Modell, manufacturing year, and condition.

Relevator always provides a performance warranty and, for installations, usually a machine warranty as well. The performance warranty means that we guarantee that the machine we sell is in working order. The machine warranty means that if a defect arises as a result of the installation, we will repair it. The machine warranty covers the mechanics and installation, but any electronics faults are not covered by the warranty.
