3 Kardex Shuttle XP 500 units (2450×813)

EUR 24,269

Overview

3 Kardex Shuttle XP 500 automated storage and retrieval units with a shelf width of 2,450 mm and a machine height of approx. 6,400 mm.

The Shuttle XP 500 model is Kardex's best-selling Vertical Lift Module, a reliable and high-performance automated storage system.
These particular machines are packed with over 100 trays per Vertical Lift Module; if you have very small items, this means that, in theory, each Vertical Lift Module can hold over 200 m² of storage space in just 8.2 m².

The Vertical Lift Modules have been serviced since installation and have been upgraded with a newer model of control panel.
The machines are equipped with laser pointers that can indicate the picking location with a light spot; however, this requires integration with the business system.

The machines will be available starting in March/April 2024.
Shipping and installation are not included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Unlike a Vertical Lift Module, a Vertical Carousel is designed so that the shelves move on a chain or conveyor belt; the shelves circulate within the machine’s shaft and are then presented at the opening.

A new, standard-equipped Vertical Storage System typically costs from 600,000 SEK (approx. 700,000 SEK). By choosing a used machine from Relevator, the investment cost can be significantly reduced. Our used Vertical Storage Systems typically cost between 175,000 and 450,000 SEK, depending on the Modell, manufacturing year, and condition.

Relevator always provides a performance warranty and, for installations, usually a machine warranty as well. The performance warranty means that we guarantee that the machine we sell is in working order. The machine warranty means that if a defect arises as a result of the installation, we will repair it. The machine warranty covers the mechanics and installation, but any electronics faults are not covered by the warranty.

Yes, Relevator always uses the manufacturers' installation teams or specialized contractors with expertise in this type of service.
