We can now offer the opportunity to purchase 8 top modern Kardex Shuttle XP 500 Vertical Lift Modules. With these lifts you have the opportunity to create a modern and efficient picking solution; perfect for transaction-intensive businesses such as e-commerce, retail or small goods wholesale.

These units are equipped with 70 trays per vertical lift which provides a storage surface of 173,5 m² on a floor surface of merely 9,9 m². All units combined offers 1 388 m² storage on a floor space of 120 m² including a picking corridor between the machines.

The storage lifts are also equipped with a LED pointer that indicates the correct picking location with a light beam, reducing potential picking errors. See an example picture in the picture gallery.

The units are sold separately but we recommend purchasing them in groups of e.g. 2, 4, 6 or 8 in order to maximize the potential to create an efficient picking solution.

Unlike a Vertical Lift Module, a Vertical Carousel is designed so that the shelves move on a chain or conveyor belt; the shelves circulate within the machine’s shaft and are then presented at the opening.

Our used Vertical Storage Systems typically cost between 175,000 and 450,000 SEK, depending on the Modell, manufacturing year, and condition.

Relevator always provides a performance warranty and, for installations, usually a machine warranty as well. The performance warranty means that we guarantee that the machine we sell is in working order. The machine warranty means that if a defect arises as a result of the installation, we will repair it. The machine warranty covers the mechanics and installation, but any electronics faults are not covered by the warranty.
