The Cushion Pack CP316S2i converts used cardboard boxes into shock-absorbing packaging material for packing, shipping, and storage. By reusing leftover cardboard, businesses can reduce both the amount of waste and the need to purchase packaging materials.

The machine has a working width of 320 mm and processes cardboard up to 12 mm thick. With a feed rate of 10 meters per minute and a production capacity of approximately 1–2 m³ per hour, packaging material can be produced directly at the packing station as needed.

The CP316S2i is connected to a 230 V power source and has a motor power of 0.75 kW. Its compact design makes it easy to place in warehouses, packing departments, and e-commerce operations.
