The Cushion Pack CP 422 S2i 3Ph converts new and used corrugated cardboard into shock-absorbing packing material. A practical choice for warehouses, e-commerce businesses, and packing stations that want to reuse leftover cardboard boxes and reduce the need for purchased packaging.

The cardboard is fed into the machine and processed into a flexible mesh material that can be used to protect products and fill empty spaces in shipments. The spring-loaded discharge hatch makes it possible to produce both bulky, shock-absorbing material and flat packaging mats.
