This semi-automatic stretch wrapper is built for demanding warehouse environments and can handle a load capacity of up to 1,500 kg. With automatic height detection via a photocell, the machine wraps the vast majority of standard pallets quickly, smoothly, and securely.

The Nissen Auto U1500 comes with an integrated pre-stretching unit that pre-stretches the film by approximately 60%. This means lower plastic consumption, reduced environmental impact, and lower packaging costs per pallet.

Using the intuitive control panel, you can quickly configure the machine for your cargo. Easily adjust parameters such as:

Number of bottom and top turns
The Density and Stretch of the Film
Customized cargo bikes for different types of cargo
