This manual stretch wrapper from Polynova Nissen (the classic “Nissen spinner”) features a unique, modular design in which the tower and base are completely separate units. This allows you to install the machine in an extremely space-efficient manner that fits your specific warehouse layout.

Operation is both simple and ergonomic. Instead of complicated digital menus, the machine is controlled entirely manually via a sturdy joystick on the easy-to-understand control panel, providing direct and smooth control over both pallet rotation and the film carriage’s up-and-down movement. The machine is equipped with a mechanical stretch film brake for precise adjustment of the tension and handles loads of up to 1,500 kg with a very low and comfortable noise level below 70 dB.
