The Mosca SoniX MS-6 KR is a premium industrial machine designed to handle tall and large products with the highest precision. Because the unit is mounted on the side, the machine can be seamlessly integrated into existing conveyor lines that run at an exceptionally low height (down to 170 mm). This design also effectively protects the machine’s sensitive components from falling debris and dust from the goods, which reduces maintenance requirements and maximizes the machine’s service life.

The main strength of this machine is Mosca’s patented ultrasonic technology (SoniXs), which creates durable seals with absolutely no warm-up time. This not only ensures an immediate start-up but also results in extremely low energy consumption of approximately 0.2 kW, while the machine can handle up to 24 strapping operations per minute. Flexibility is high thanks to a swiveling control panel, lockable wheels for easy movement, and the ability to handle both PP and PET strapping.
