We are now able to offer a highly affordable packing line manufactured by Hanter IT, featuring an integrated high-quality strapping machine (Signode 4400).

The packing lines consist of belt conveyors, with the goods being placed on the first belt conveyor. The goods are then wrapped (if desired) and sent on to the rotating collection table. The collection table is equipped with a photocell that detects when it is full, at which point the belt conveyors stop.

The belt width of the first conveyor is 500 mm, as is that of the short conveyor following the strapping machine. On the ascending conveyor/“gooseneck,” the belt width is 800 mm.
The total length of the packing line is 32 meters. The video shows the entire journey of the goods from start to finish. However, the layout of the packing line can be changed to an “L” shape. The total length would then be 23 meters.

The packing lines can be broken down and customized as needed. Air is required for the strapping machine to operate. Case sealers are available for purchase.
