Now we offer 12 pieces of Kardex Megamat RS 350 in very good condition. These Vertical Carousels have been used in a clean and light production environment and have been serviced annually, most recently in April 2025.

6 machines were manufactured in 2016, 6 machines were manufactured in 2017 and all have a Height of 6,660 mm.
Each Vertical Carousel is equipped with 30 Carriers (basic shelves) and including intermediate shelves has 50-60 storable Trays. Despite a machine height that is suitable for slightly lower properties, the amount of Tray provides good opportunities for space-efficient and customisable storage. If more Tray is required, this can be purchased at a favourable price.

The Vertical Carousel shelves are equipped with Matrixlist, an LED loop in the opening that shows the exact picking position sideways. When integrated with business systems or WMS, the list can also present item data directly in the opening.

The machines are also equipped with optional confirmation buttons in the worktable, this allows you to confirm e.g. storage and picking without going back to the Vertical Carousel control panel.

The Vertical Carousels can be purchased individually or in packages of the desired quantity.

A vertical carousel features a design in which the shelves are driven by a chain or belt in a carousel-like motion; the shelves rotate within the machine’s shaft and are then presented at the opening. A Vertical Lift Module, on the other hand, has an elevator that moves down the center of the module, where trays are stored on both the front and back sides. The elevator retrieves trays from inside the machine’s structure and then presents them at the picking opening.

A new, standard-equipped Vertical Storage System typically costs from 600,000 SEK (approx. 700,000 SEK). By choosing a used machine from Relevator, the investment cost can be significantly reduced. Our used Vertical Storage Systems typically cost between 175,000 and 450,000 SEK, depending on the Modell, manufacturing year, and condition.

The machine warranty means that if a defect arises as a result of the installation, we will repair it. The machine warranty covers the mechanics and installation, but any electronics faults are not covered by the warranty.
