The Kardex Megamat RS 350 is Sweden's best-selling vertical Carousel and is the same model currently sold new by Kardex.

The vertical Carousel systems have completed just over 6,000 and 16,000 cycles, respectively, since their installation in 2014—a low number of cycles and, consequently, limited wear and tear.

The last service was performed in November 2020 with no issues.

A vertical carousel features a design in which the shelves are driven by a chain or belt in a carousel-like motion; the shelves rotate within the machine’s shaft and are then presented at the opening. A Vertical Lift Module, on the other hand, has an elevator that moves down the center of the module, where trays are stored on both the front and back sides. The elevator retrieves trays from inside the machine’s structure and then presents them at the picking opening.

The machine warranty means that if a defect arises as a result of the installation, we will repair it. The machine warranty covers the mechanics and installation, but any electronics faults are not covered by the warranty.
