Overview
Produced in 2021, we can now offer a complete sorting system from ITO Pallpack designed for high-speed sorting of small and medium-sized packages.
ITO Pallpack is a manufacturer of top-quality sorting systems, and this solution includes everything you need to quickly and cost-effectively create an efficient sorting workflow for your e-commerce, retail, or distribution operations. Key features:
- Capacity to sort up to 2,400 packages per hour
- 20 sorting chutes + 1 reject chute and 1 overweight conveyor
- Maximum package dimensions: 600 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm
- Maximum weight per package: 20 kg
- Complete scanning system with dimension and weight measurement
The sorting system consists mainly of:
- 2 straight loading tracks, each approx. 8,000 mm long; in the current configuration, there have been 5 loading bays
- Driven curve, followed by an ascending belt conveyor approx. 4,600 mm long
- Powered curve, followed by a belt conveyor with feeding to the dimension and weight scanning station
- Small mezzanine where the height and weight scanner is installed
- 3 small conveyors for scanning sequencing
- Approx. 14,000 mm long pop-up chutes for sorting to the destinations
The width of the belt conveyors in the sorting area is approx. 430 mm.
In addition to the sorting process itself, the facility also includes various conveyors used for cardboard sorting, such as 6 shorter belt conveyors, 2 slat conveyors with curves, and 2 belt conveyors approx. 10,000 mm in length and 230 mm in width.
The system is powered by compressed air; the compressor is not included with the system.
The case erectors and label applicators shown in the photos are not included in the selection.
The facility will be available for relocation and installation in September 2026.
The cost of moving the facility is not included in the price.
