We are now able to offer a unique opportunity: a sorting system from ITO Pallpack that is in virtually new condition.
The facility was installed in June 2022 and has been used in the e-commerce sector for sorting small to medium-sized packages.

This solution is ideal for a fast-growing business that wants to automate its sorting process while maintaining the capacity to handle future growth.

The system comes fully equipped and includes, among other things:

12-meter conveyor belt for loading from packing stations / packing area
Conveyor belt with an incline and a function for separating packages
SICK optics for barcode reading
10 sorting chutes with automatic pusher arms
Compressor unit for supplying compressed air to the pusher arms
Complete electrical cabinet with PLC / control system

This is a compact facility that, despite its size, can sort over 1,000 packages per hour with high precision.
The system is currently configured for a maximum weight per package of approx. 6 kg, but it is possible to replace the drive system to handle heavier loads.

The total length of the system is 36.5 m, and the belt width is 350 mm.

The drive system is built using high-quality motors from SEW Eurodrive.

The sorting system comes with a complete electrical cabinet, allowing the control system to be integrated with your WMS and/or your ERP system.
