Overview
Optimize your logistics with a state-of-the-art sorting system from Swedish company Hanter IT. This system is designed for high-volume processing and combines precision with an impressive capacity of approx. 3,600 packages per hour.
The facility is designed to handle everything from small e-commerce packages (50 g) up to heavier packages weighing 25 kg. With three dedicated operator stations for feeding packages into the system, a steady and efficient flow is ensured.
Intelligent Flow & Sorting
- Input & Inspection: Three operator stations where the length of the goods is automatically measured to ensure that only goods of approved dimensions pass through.
- Cargo inspection/scanning: Integrated station for automatic weighing, measuring, and scanning of each package.
- Main sorting: The goods are lifted to a height of 1.7 meters via curves and inclines and then sorted to one of the 46 sorting destinations.
- Reject handling: Packages with no destination or illegible labels are automatically diverted to a dedicated reject lane for manual inspection.
- The machine will be available in June 2026. Disassembly/assembly and shipping are not included.
