The facility is designed to handle everything from small e-commerce packages (50 g) up to heavier packages weighing 25 kg. With three dedicated operator stations for feeding packages into the system, a steady and efficient flow is ensured.

Intelligent Flow & Sorting

Input & Inspection: Three operator stations where the length of the goods is automatically measured to ensure that only goods of approved dimensions pass through.
Cargo inspection/scanning: Integrated station for automatic weighing, measuring, and scanning of each package.
Main sorting: The goods are lifted to a height of 1.7 meters via curves and inclines and then sorted to one of the 46 sorting destinations.
Reject handling: Packages with no destination or illegible labels are automatically diverted to a dedicated reject lane for manual inspection.
